Pickleball Instructor

Job Type Short- term Shift Day Compensation $40.00/ hr.

Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for Instruction (Beginner, Intermediate and advanced) in a group setting Manages the equipment, resources and programs of the department for delivery of the best possible programs Upholds all safety practices in the facility Immediately reports all unusual incidents or accidents to the Athletic Director and or 911 Records daily attendance and maintains accurate records Performs other duties as assigned by

Athletic Director Qualifications, Education and Experience:

Thorough knowledge of the mechanics, rules, and strategy of the game Pickleball certification (IPTPA or PPA preferred) Strong leadership and coaching skills Create fun, engaging, and dynamic pickleball lessons for small groups Must have an outgoing, positive and professional attitude CPR/AED certified Must be at least 18 years of age A minimum of one year experience coaching pickleball with seniors 55+ Ability to adhere to drug/alcohol/smoke free workplace policy

Physical Requirements:

The ability to lift 30 pounds regularly, squat and bend over regularly, carry out repetitive motions regularly, lift and carry equipment.
