Job Overview We are looking for highly motivated Admissions Coordinators to join our team as either Openers or Closers . Openers are responsible for initial engagement, qualification, and warm lead transfer . Closers are responsible for overcoming objections, verifying benefits, and securing admissions . This role requires strong communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to thrive under pressure . You will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking treatment, providing guidance and support while working within a structured, data-driven admissions process.

Key Responsibilities/Opener Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to qualify prospective patients. Build rapport and establish trust quickly. Pre-screen patients for eligibility, treatment needs, and financial considerations . Warm transfer eligible leads to Closers. Maintain detailed records in Salesforce and CallTrackingMetrics .

Closer Responsibilities:

Handle warm transfers and inbound leads from Openers. Overcome objections and guide prospective patients toward admission . Conduct insurance verification and discuss financial options. Coordinate with treatment centers to finalize admissions. Track and meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs . Accurately document all interactions in Salesforce and CallTrackingMetrics . Qualifications 1+ years of experience in sales, call centers, admissions, or behavioral health required. Salesforce and CallTrackingMetrics experience preferred . Strong persuasion, active listening, and objection-handling skills . Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, performance-driven environment . Must be comfortable working within a structured sales/admissions process . References and relevant experience are required . Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and flexible shifts if needed.
