Job Description

We are seeking an Admissions Representative for a direct hire opportunity in Miami, FL within the education industry. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who enjoys connecting with prospective students, guiding them through important decisions, and supporting the enrollment process from initial contact through completed admission paperwork. The Admissions Representative will work closely with prospective students to understand their goals, explain program details, determine eligibility, and help qualified candidates move forward in the admissions process. This opportunity offers a structured environment with clear performance expectations, training, supportive leadership, and the chance to make a meaningful impact by helping students take the next step in their education and career path. Responsibilities
  • Interview prospective students to assess interest, goals, qualifications, and readiness to enroll.
  • Make outbound phone calls and communicate by computer with prospective students, including a target of at least 100 phone calls per day.
  • Manage assigned leads from multiple sources and maintain consistent follow-up throughout the admissions process.
  • Explain program details clearly and professionally to help prospective students make informed enrollment decisions.
  • Complete enrollment paperwork accurately, track required documents, and document receipt of high school diploma or GED transcripts.
  • Partner with internal departments, including the Registrar, and participate in college fairs, career fairs, and graduation ceremonies as needed.
Pay:
$23.33 per hour. Schedule Mondays•
Fridays:
9-6, 10-7 or 11-8
Saturdays:
