Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (flexibility required based on departmental needs)Compensation:
$30-$35 per hour (based on experience) + Performance Bonuses Antigua College International is seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and results-driven Director of Admissions & Enrollment Management to oversee all admissions operations, enrollment growth initiatives, lead conversion strategies, and admissions team performance. This leadership role is responsible for managing the full admissions process, supervising admissions representatives, optimizing enrollment conversion rates, overseeing CRM operations, and collaborating closely with the marketing department to ensure lead generation efforts effectively support institutional enrollment goals. Key Responsibilities Lead, train, mentor, and supervise the Admissions Team while driving accountability, performance, and continuous departmental growth. Monitor admissions representatives' conversion rates, lead follow-up quality, productivity, and overall performance metrics. Conduct daily team check-ins and weekly planning meetings to establish enrollment goals, strategies, and objectives. Oversee and manage the institution's CRM system ( Portico CRM ), ensuring accurate lead tracking, organized data management, and proper system functionality. Manage the full admissions funnel from inquiry through enrollment while ensuring a high-quality and seamless prospective student experience. Develop and implement strategies to improve lead conversion rates, enrollment growth, and operational efficiency. Audit admissions calls and communications to ensure professionalism, compliance, and effective enrollment practices. Work closely with the Marketing Department to evaluate campaign performance, lead quality, conversion trends, SEO/PPC initiatives, and overall marketing effectiveness. Analyze admissions and marketing data to identify growth opportunities and improve enrollment outcomes. Participate in recruitment events, community outreach initiatives, and institutional promotional activities. Prepare reports related to enrollment trends, conversion performance, admissions metrics, and departmental outcomes. Independently manage admissions operations and enrollment processes when necessary, including personally handling lead generation, follow-up, and student enrollment activities while maintaining high conversion standards. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 3-5 years of experience in admissions, enrollment management, sales leadership, or higher education administration. Strong leadership, team management, coaching, and staff development experience. Advanced knowledge of CRM systems required. Proven success in lead generation, enrollment sales, pipeline management, and conversion optimization. Strong background in consultative sales, relationship building, and enrollment growth strategies. Experience collaborating with marketing teams on social media campaigns, email marketing, PPC/SEM, branding, SEO, and campaign performance analysis. Strong analytical, organizational, reporting, and strategic planning skills. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and customer service abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and admissions/enrollment management systems. Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required) . Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a proactive, hands-on leader with strong operational, analytical, and enrollment management expertise. They must be capable of both leading a high-performing admissions team and independently executing admissions and enrollment processes when necessary. This individual should be highly data-driven, skilled in conversion optimization, experienced in enrollment growth strategies, and committed to enhancing the student experience while contributing to the continued growth and success of Antigua College International.
