What Youll DoOwn the full admissions funnel from initial inquiry to enrollmentSpeak with prospective students daily via phone, email, text, and in-personGive high-impact campus tours and host weekly info sessionsBuild strong relationships, follow up fast, and stay top of mindHit weekly/monthly activity targets: calls, appointments, tours, applications, enrollmentsLeverage CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and conversion metricsCollaborate with the local marketing team to support open houses, events, and digital lead genRepresent MAS with pride, passion, and authenticity at school events and fairsBe a true team playerenergizing the campus and contributing to a culture of performanceWhat You Bring2+ years of sales or admissions experience (vocational or for-profit education a plus)A natural connector, engaging, empathetic, and great at reading peopleUnshakable energy, hustle, and a competitive mindset, you live to hit goalsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHighly organized and comfortable managing dozens of leads at onceAbility to work independently on-site in a small, mission-driven teamStrong familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)Why This Role MattersYoull be the face of MAS for hundreds of prospective students each year.
