Job Description

Atlantis University, a prestigious institution known for its commitment to excellence in education invites applications for the position of Admissions Representatives. We are currently seeking an experienced Admission Representative , responsible for recruiting qualified applicants for admission to the university in accordance with state and federal accreditation and company policies and regulations, consistent with the highest ethical standards.
Responsibilities:
Organize, direct and administer recruitment activities and promote application and enrollment in the university's on-campus undergraduate programs, as well as university's continuing education, graduate school, and online education programs. Take inquiry calls from all potential students interested in knowing or receiving information about the programs including entrance requirements, curricula and academic standards-and encourage qualified prospects to schedule an appointment for an interview. Return web inquiries and calls promptly to all potential students and provide them with accurate information about the programs requested. Make outbound phone calls to potential students on a daily basis. Managing time and inquiry resources to generate interest in our programs by conducting a high quantity of prospect phone contacts to secure appointments and interview activity, and to conduct follow-up activity with unresolved interviewees and future class applicants. (Candidate must consider the University's philosophy: quality of services, development, growth, positive thinking and expansion). Managed companies developed inquiries to achieve prompt contact and performance activity daily, weekly and monthly. Secure new inquiries (Personally Developed leads and Referrals) by directly asking phone and in-person contacts about referrals of others to contact that may be interested in programs offered by working with current prospects or students. Follow-up on all inquiries that fail to schedule or show for an interview (daily, weekly and monthly). Follow-up with interviews that did not progress in the enrollment process and dropped/cancelled students to resolve any issues or address concerns Schedule and conduct interviews, pursue qualified candidates for enrollment, and determine appropriateness of candidates for admission based upon career goal compatibility. Conduct presentations and accurately and completely explain educational programs, expected outcomes, student services, and financial aid to prospective students and their buying committee (parents and spouses). Utilize approved company marketing materials during the interview process. Build a pipeline of prospective students and accurately forecast projected new students on a periodic basis with Management. Consistently conduct follow-up meetings, weekly at minimum, with all applicants to ensure successful matriculation. Assist other personnel and departments with scheduling of FA appointments and with data and paperwork collection needed according to company established policies and procedures to ensure compliance. Participate in appropriate recruitment and enrollment activities including: open houses, presentations, training sessions, orientation programs, career days, etc.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is strongly preferred. Admissions recruitment or non-durable goods sales experience. Possess a sincere interest in helping others achieve life goals. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Fully bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Proven track record of excellent phone skills: cold calling and follow-ups. Strong interpersonal skills with both, students and administration/faculty. Goal oriented, highly ethical, ambitious, high achiever and able to manage assigned metrics and meet and exceed goals. Superior organization skills, professional appearance, multi-tasking, student-focused, problem solver and able to overcome objections and offer solutions. Committed to "changing people's lives". Detail oriented and able to keep records of performed activities and meet deadlines successfully.

Work Ethic:
