ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF ADMISSIONS

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Associate Director of Admissions to support enrollment growth and lead strategic recruitment initiatives.

Position Summary:

The Associate Director of Admissions plays a key leadership role in managing recruitment efforts, supporting admissions operations, and driving enrollment goals. This position oversees admissions counselors, develops outreach strategies, and ensures a seamless applicant experience from inquiry to enrollment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred 3-5+ years of experience in admissions, enrollment management, or higher education Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred Great benefits.
