CMVC is seeking a motivated, results-driven Admissions Representative to support enrollment growth for both our ground campus and online programs. The Admissions Representative serves as the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through the admissions process and helping them take the next step toward their educational and career goals. Essential Responsibilities Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective students through phone, text, email, and in-person appointments. Conduct campus tours and virtual information sessions. Educate prospective students on CMVC programs, admissions requirements, financial aid processes, and career opportunities. Manage and nurture leads through the enrollment funnel using CRM systems. Maintain consistent follow-up communication with prospective students. Assist applicants with completing enrollment documentation and admissions requirements. Participate in community outreach, career fairs, and recruitment events. Collaborate with Financial Aid, Student Services, and Academic departments to ensure a seamless student experience. Meet and exceed individual and team enrollment goals while maintaining compliance with institutional, state, and accrediting standards. Maintain accurate and timely records of all student interactions. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of admissions, enrollment, sales, customer service, or higher education experience. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities. Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office preferred.
