Most enrollment positions focus on driving numbers. This one is designed to uphold rigor. Alpha is developing one of the world's most forward-thinking school frameworks. Our campuses integrate demanding academics, technology-enabled instruction, and elevated expectations for both learners and educators. Students routinely progress ahead of national averages, supported by measurable results. Afternoon hours are dedicated to deeper exploration, autonomy, and competencies with real-world application. The model delivers. But success depends entirely on selecting the right families. That is your responsibility. You will manage the complete enrollment process for a campus, from initial inquiry to final onboarding. This is not a relay role. You are accountable for how families perceive us, how well they grasp the model, and whether their enrollment decision stems from true alignment. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate meaningful dialogue, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. The objective is not to maximize numbers. The objective is to ensure fit. We welcome candidates from premium client service settings outside conventional education: independent schools, competitive programs, high-end hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership platforms, or entrepreneurial operators who have directly managed sophisticated client experiences from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a refined, multi-phase process with sound judgment, transparency, and consistent follow-through. This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position. We are currently hiring across La Jolla, Los Angeles, Marin County, Palo Alto, Piedmont, San Francisco, Santa Barbara, Santa Monica, and South Bay. Relocation assistance is provided. What you will be doing Taking full ownership of the enrollment experience for prospective families, spanning initial outreach to completed onboarding. Facilitating discovery conversations to evaluate alignment before proposing pathways or advising on next actions. Coordinating 20+ concurrent family engagements across various enrollment phases, maintaining clear tracking and timely follow-up. Guiding campus visits, student shadow days, and enrollment discussions that transparently convey results, standards, and ideal candidate profiles. Ensuring precise CRM and enrollment documentation (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting, prioritization, and sustained service excellence. What you will NOT be doing Deploying transactional or aggressive enrollment strategies. Accepting families with poor fit merely to satisfy enrollment targets. Overseeing large teams or operating within complex approval hierarchies. Distributing responsibility for the family journey across multiple stakeholders. Operating remotely. This position is intentionally campus-based. Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver a high-integrity, selective enrollment process that attracts aligned families while safeguarding the quality and outcomes of the Alpha educational model. Candidate Requirements 3+ years providing personalized, premium-level service in contexts where service excellence directly shapes brand perception (education, high-end hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership services, or independently operated client services). Proven responsibility for a complete client, admissions, or enrollment cycle from initial inquiry through successful onboarding. Experience concurrently managing 20+ client, guest, or family engagements at varying stages, supported by a structured tracking and prioritization approach. Capacity to share specific instances of consultative guidance, including occasions when you advised against your own offering due to misalignment. Professional writing experience with senior leadership, high-net-worth clients, or discerning audiences. Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these California markets: La Jolla, Los Angeles, Marin County, Palo Alto, Piedmont, San Francisco, Santa Barbara, Santa Monica, or South Bay. Work authorization in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship. Nice to have Experience in competitive private school admissions or selective program recruitment. Background in upscale hospitality, VIP client services, or executive support functions. Experience designing or optimizing enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service protocols. Comfort leveraging data and CRM analytics to enhance enrollment alignment, not merely velocity.
