The Assistant Vice President of Enrollment Management (AVPEM) is responsible for the development, direction, implementation, and evaluation of all recruitment activities. This position serves as a senior key administrator of the College who bears responsibility for identifying, attracting, admitting, yielding, and retaining the students who will come to Atlanta Metropolitan State College, in collaboration with the President. The AVPEM will have direct managerial responsibility and oversight for the Offices of Recruitment and Admissions and Co-Lead the Strategic Enrollment Management Team. The AVPEM will develop collaborative relationships with other leaders, faculty, staff, and students to ensure integration of operational and strategic enrollment management initiatives across campus. The AVPEM works collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team, Deans, Directors, and other cross-functional staff to set data-informed enrollment projections and to implement comprehensive strategies to achieve and maintain optimum enrollment goals Responsibilities Monitor enrollment data daily to direct in-time activities of the admissions and enrollment team with the ability to meet goals/targets to include student success centers Demonstrates a high standard of professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment in all interactions, representing the institution with credibility and discretion both internally and externally. Develop effective recruitment activities that includes off-campus and on-campus student opportunities/visits, comprehensive recruitment programs to engage staff, faculty, administrators, students, and alumni Monitor application flow, the review/accept admission cycle processes to include developing a prospect management tracking system leading to an enrolled student Analyze data and implement enrollment programming activities to assist with the recruitment and retention of students; ensure alignment of enrollment and retention strategies with institutional and system ¿ level priorities, accreditations expectations and performance goals. Collaboration with campus partners as a member of the institution¿s senior leadership team, partnering with academic and administrative leaders to include Financial Aid, Bursar, Student Accounts, Registrar, and Advising Offices to leverage correspondences effectively and expertly to the appropriate departments Optimize marketability, visibility, and operational effectiveness in collaboration with the Marketing Office to include communication, publication, correspondence, digital marketing, and website development Advise on IT-related needs/solutions for admissions processing and other divisional priorities to assist with meeting enrollment targets
BUDGET RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for department budget, including accountability for expenditures and variances. Attend and participate in campus budget hearing sessions and trainings. Required Qualifications Educational Requirements:

Six (6) years of higher education experience in positions related to enrollment management, recruitment and/or admissions with verification of proven record of accomplishment. Preferred Qualifications A completed doctorate; Terminal Degree Minimum of three (3) years of USG (University System of Georgia) experience in admission, recruitment and/enrollment management Proposed Salary Salary Range:
