GEORGIA GWINNETT COLLEGE
Responsible for providing support, guidance, and resources to the Delta Phi Epsilon establishing chapter at Georgia Gwinnett College, including the planning of a successful recruitment. Will work directly with Chapter Advisory Board members, local alumnae, local collegiate DPhiE members, campus-based fraternity/sorority professionals, and other International Headquarters staff, to provide tools and resources to achieve long-term success. The Chapter Consultant will spend time on campus and must reside within a suitable driving distance.
KEY ROLES
(Essential Job Responsibilities): Support Delta Phi Epsilon's Georgia Gwinnett College establishing chapter in the areas of recruitment, new member orientation program, chapter operations, chapter finances, chapter programming, institution relations, and policy violation allegations during their establishment process. Work with campus professionals to coordinate recruitment tabling, evening events, interviews, and Bid Day celebration, including managing offers of membership (bids). Meet recruitment goals through the utilization of all marketing channels, on-campus opportunities, and innovative approaches through an in-depth understanding of the campus population and the target audience. Execute a comprehensive marketing plan that utilizes all available campus resources, social media, print materials, etc. Build and maintain relationships with the inter-fraternal community through the recruitment and training of members of Team DPhiE. Assist the establishing chapter in preparing and submitting their Peition to Charter. Collect comprehensive information and provide feedback regarding the health and stability of the chapter, intra-fraternal campus organizations, and the college environments. Facilitate educational programs and workshops for campus community and chapter members. Interact and build relationships with Delta Phi Epsilon alumnae, at large. Assist with volunteer recruitment Serve as a resource and positive representation of Delta Phi Epsilon International Sorority to the community at
GGC. REQUIRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
Must be a Delta Phi Epsilon alumnae member in good standing Within driving distance to Institution Superior writing, editing and verbal communications skills. Strong project management, administrative and organizational skills
