The North Central Health District's WIC program is more than a nutrition program — we're a caring community dedicated to helping families grow healthy and strong. The WIC Program Manager oversees and coordinates daily operations of the WIC clinic and the on-site Call Center, ensuring efficient workflows, consistent customer service, and full compliance with program requirements. This role manages a wide range of operational and programmatic activities, provides leadership and direction to staff and supervisors, supports employee development, and implements policies and procedures that promote effective and continuous service delivery across both departments. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure program compliance. Supervise clinic and Call Center staff, including scheduling, attendance, and performance. Support staff training, development, and communication. Maintain efficient workflows and high-quality customer service. Coordinate with leadership to meet program goals and standards. Performs additional professional responsibilities as assigned. Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field, along with two (2) years of managerial/supervisory experience; OR six (6) years of related professional experience, including at least two (2) years in a managerial or supervisory role.
