Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of comprehensive admissions strategies to attract diverse student applicants. Oversee the entire admissions cycle, from initial inquiry through enrollment confirmation, ensuring a smooth and welcoming process. Conduct engaging public speaking presentations at open houses, school fairs, and community events to promote the school's mission and programs. Collaborate with academic departments and administration to align recruitment efforts with institutional goals. Manage the admissions team by providing coaching, training on best practices, and fostering a motivated, high-performing environment. Utilize Finalsite or similar student information systems to track applications, analyze data trends, and generate reports for continuous improvement. Build strong relationships with prospective students and families through personalized communication, campus tours, and academic advising sessions. Stay informed on industry best practices in education administration and recruiting to innovate outreach initiatives. Work closely with school partners or external organizations to enhance recruitment pipelines and expand outreach efforts. Maintain detailed records of applicant interactions, decisions, and follow-up activities to ensure transparency and accountability. Experience Proven experience in education administration or university admissions leadership roles. Strong background in recruiting strategies within educational settings or related fields. Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to confidently present information to diverse audiences. Familiarity with Finalsite or comparable student information systems for managing application data. Experience working directly with students from diverse backgrounds and providing academic advising or teaching when necessary. Demonstrated success in developing innovative outreach campaigns that increase enrollment numbers. Prior involvement in working within a school environment or higher education setting is highly preferred.
