PT Access Specialist - PRN

Patient Access Specialist The Patient Access Specialist is responsible for performing all aspects of the Patient Access function including registration of patients, rating appropriate financial class, obtaining appropriate insurance information and scheduling patient appointments while maintaining department quality standards. Specialist is also responsible for symptom and temperature screenings of hospital visitors. Schedule Position is PRN status for 8:30pm - 8am Sun - Sat. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent One year clerical experience Ability to use a computer Previous registration experience in a medical setting preferred Work Shift 8p-8a (United States of America) Broadlawns Medical Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer
