The ability to manage, develop, and motivate youth soccer players consistent with the club's technical direction and the standards set forth by Positive Coaching Alliance. Virtually all of our coaching staff possess some advanced level of certification. Sound organizational and interpersonal communications skills necessary for interaction with the players and their families. USSF National Coaching License, NSCAA Elite offers a highly competitive salary based upon coaching experience and qualifications and a number of other benefits, including incentives and reimbursements for Elite coaches to further their coaching education and licensing and otherwise build their careers within Elite.
