• Full-time Meadowbrook in Bolingbrook is expanding their Marketing Department and seeking a Full-Time Admissions Director with Skilled Nursing experience in sales and marketing to join our team.

The Admissions Director must be enthusiastic and willing to carry out the long-term care admissions process. Meet and greet family members, on-site tours. Possess working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance programs. This person will be responsible for converting referrals to meet and exceed current budgeted census goals for our facility.

Responsibilities:

• Pre-admission and admission procedures. Establish an effective system to gather resident information before and upon admission to assure proper placement of the resident.
• Understand the admissions process including policy, procedures, assessments, financial & paperwork requirements.
• Tours and Follow Ups
• ability to recommend and implement initiatives to targeted audiences.
• Work with consumers, families, and professionals to process and ensure an efficient admission.
• Customer Service
• attending to all referrals timely.

Requirements:

• Experience as an Admissions Director
• previous experience in marketing / admissions in Long Term /Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
• Maintain existing and establish new community relationships, while sustaining contact with various referral sources.
• Knowledge and experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance
• Able to work independently.
• Must maintain a high level of confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
• Ability to deal tactfully with team members, other staff, residents, and family members, visitors, and government agencies.
• Must possess strong written and verbal skills
• along with advanced computer skills.
