Seeking Chess Club Sponsor Group III Key Responsibilities:
Develop training programs to improve endurance and performance. Foster a positive and supportive team environment. Monitor and support the academic progress of student-athletes. Ensure the safety and well-being of all team members. Communicate effectively with parents, school administration, and the Athletic Director. Attend all matches and provide guidance during competitions.
Qualifications:
Previous coaching experience in chess, preferably at the junior high level. Strong knowledge of chess techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and mentor young chess players.
