The Wealth Development Coordinator supports CAGI's Development Office by coordinating fundraising operations, donor communications, and grant tracking activities that strengthen philanthropic support and advance the organization's mission. This role supports relationship cultivation and stewardship by maintaining accurate donor and grant records, coordinating meetings and communications, assisting with fundraising campaigns and events, and ensuring timely documentation and reporting ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
: Donor Relations, Stewardship & Communications Communicate professionally with donors, clients, board members, staff, and the public through email, phone, and written communications. • Support donor stewardship by maintaining consistent, timely, and accurate communications and acknowledgments. • Create compelling presentations and materials for donor meetings, community events, and fundraising activities. Support marketing and communication efforts including website content, social media, brochures, newsletters, and success stories. Fundraising Campaign & Event Support Support execution of fundraising campaigns, including mail campaigns, e-solicitations, social media campaigns, and other development initiatives. Assist with planning and coordination of fundraising events and donor engagement activities in partnership with the Director and events team. Establish and maintain relationships with individual and corporate donors by supporting outreach, follow-up, and engagement efforts. Grants Coordination & Tracking Track and log grant activity in required spreadsheets and/or CRM systems to ensure accurate pipeline visibility and reporting readiness. Support grant development operations by coordinating grant committee meetings with staff, board members, and volunteers. Assist with coordination of grant awards and grant-funded activities in collaboration with the Director and Executive Director/CEO. Assist with drafting, organizing, and submitting grant materials as assigned. Support required reporting to funders by compiling documentation, outcomes information, and related materials. Data Management, Reporting & Administrative Support Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor records in the organization's CRM system. Prepare routine reports on donor engagement, fundraising progress, and wealth development activities for executive leadership and board members. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive donor, grant, and organizational information in accordance with agency policies and procedures. Support general administrative functions for the Development Office, including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation. Team & Mission Support Perform related duties to support fundraising operations, donor experiences, and CAGI's mission. Contributes to special projects and evolving business needs. REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED required; additional education or training in communications, business, nonprofit administration, or related area preferred. One (1) to three (3) years of administrative, fundraising support, communications, or customer service experience preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate professionally with donors, clients, staff, and board members. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn CRM and grant tracking systems. Ability to type at least 35 WPM and operate standard office equipment. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and follow through on assignments. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. WORKING CONDITIONS
Work is performed in a standard office environment. May require work beyond regular office hours to meet deadlines and the needs of the population the organization serves. Independent Actions and Judgement Actions are controlled by Community Action policies and procedures, and by-laws governing non-profit organizations. Working Relationship Work with all levels of management, Community Action personnel, and general public. Position demands high levels of courtesy, diplomacy, and tact.
