As an Associate Center Director, you will be developed through a structured, hands-on training program designed to prepare you to lead a Mathnasium Learning Center. You will gain real-world experience across all aspects of the business—working directly with families, leading teams, and driving center performance. Training & Development You will progress through four stages of development: Instructor Lead Instructor Assistant Center Director Center Director Through this process, you will learn to manage the full operation of a center, including: The Mathnasium Educational Methodology Sales and enrollment optimization Staff hiring, training, and leadership Customer experience and retention Community marketing and school partnerships Key Responsibilities Drive new student enrollments through consultative sales conversations Deliver an exceptional experience for students and families Recruit, train, and lead instructional staff Execute local marketing and community outreach initiatives Support day-to-day center operations and performance goals What We're Looking For 1-2+ years of experience in business management, consultative sales, education, or a related field Bachelor's degree preferred Strong communication skills: active listening, relationship-building, and objection handling Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency and accuracy Demonstrated leadership ability with empathy, professionalism, and sound judgment Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace What We Offer Competitive base salary Health insurance and 401(k) Paid time off Free Mathnasium tuition for your family Ongoing leadership development Career growth and relocation opportunities across our network Mathnasium is an equal opportunity employer and a drug-free workplace.
