PERFORMANCE DIRECTOR
Bachelor's Degree in music, theater, performance arts, or a related field required, Master's Degree preferred. Demonstrated experience in performance, coaching, recruiting, or ensemble leadership. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work full time flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Experience recruiting students in a collegiate, competitive, or performance-based environment preferred. Familiarity with scholarship-driven recruitment and retention models preferred. Experience managing budgets and coordinating events or tours preferred.
