Position Overview:

As a Virtual Proctor at Galen College of Nursing, you will provide proctoring services and administrative and clerical support to the Admissions Department.

Key Responsibilities:

Documents students entering and exiting proctored setting for testing. Assists with general entrance exam questions and inquiries from both students and colleagues. Enforces testing environment guidelines and directives. Monitors students consistently during testing to ensure a secure environment. Troubleshoots exam issues. Communicates with Director of Admissions and Campus Admissions regarding exam discrepancies and/or testing irregularities. Documents exam scores within CRM. Supports entrance exam scheduling, making follow-up and reminder calls to those scheduled. Provides on the job training and assistance to peers and other staff members.

Position Requirements:

Education :

Associate degree in business or related field. Experience in lieu of education considered.

Special Qualifications :

Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience in scheduling and CRM systems helpful. Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.

Physical/Mental Demands & Work Environment :

Must be able to sit at a desk for eight (8) hours at a time.
