  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the athletic program.
  • Support recruiting efforts, including communication with prospective student-athletes and recruitment database management.
  • Assist with practice planning, game preparation, and skill development sessions.
  • Coordinate team travel, equipment, and operational logistics.
  • Monitor and support student-athlete academic success and personal development.
  • Help organize camps, clinics, community engagement events, and fundraising activities.
  • Perform administrative tasks including data entry, scheduling, and record keeping.
  • Represent the university and athletic department in a professional manner at all times.
  • Other duties as assigned by the head coach or athletic administration.
