Loni Yost Job Summary/Basic Functions The Director for Student Life (SL) sets and executes the vision for student engagement and the student co-curricular experience. The Director provides leadership, personnel management, budgetary oversight, and assessment for programming and services in the areas of Student Activities and Involvement. The Director oversees the day-to-day operations of the Center for Student Involvement and provides support to the Campus Activities Board. The Director works in collaboration with university administrators, faculty, staff, and students to develop, implement, and assess Student Life initiatives. The incumbent should be highly collaborative with a record of programming development and implementation, relationship building, resource management, and personnel management. Position will require occasional night and weekend work. This position is part of the Center for Student Involvement leadership team.

Minimum Qualifications Education:

Master's Degree in Higher Education or related field required.

Experience:

Three years of related experience required. Prefer three years with experience in student life.

This includes supporting the Campus Activities Board, collaborating with campus and community partners on engagement initiatives, and serving as a planning and activity implementation resource.
