Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm(8hr./day) Position Summary We are seeking a highly professional Program Coordinator I to provide executive-level administrative and program support within a prestigious academic environment. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong educational background and experience supporting senior leadership in higher education, research institutions, healthcare organizations, or large corporate settings. The successful candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, advanced calendar management experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Manage complex executive calendars and coordinate high-volume scheduling activities. Organize and facilitate virtual meetings using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and other collaboration tools. Support senior leadership with meeting preparation, travel arrangements, correspondence, and special projects. Prepare presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and other executive-level materials. Coordinate communications with internal and external stakeholders, including faculty, administrators, and senior executives. Conduct research and gather information to support strategic initiatives and executive decision-making. Maintain confidential records and sensitive information with discretion. Assist with program coordination and administrative operations as assigned. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives, academic leaders, department heads, or C-suite leadership. Experience working in a university, research institution, healthcare organization, or large corporate environment preferred. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities. Proven ability to handle confidential information with sound judgment and discretion. Preferred Qualifications Administration, Public Administration, Communications, or a related field. Experience supporting executive leadership within a higher education setting. Strong project coordination and stakeholder management experience. Experience preparing executive presentations, reports, and briefing materials. Ideal Candidate Profile We are particularly interested in candidates who have demonstrated academic achievement, experience in higher education or research environments, and a track record of providing high-level support to executive leadership. Pay:
