Job Description
Applications Accepted Starting April 6, 2026 Application Review Starting April 20, 2026 The Manager of Athletics plays a pivotal role in promoting sports at MHS providing a joyful and connected student experience. The Manager of Athletics reports to and works closely with the Director of Athletics in planning and executing various areas of athletics including the Athletic Association. and delivery of mission-aligned and innovative programs that develop vision, voice, interpersonal efficacy and gumption. This individual is a forward thinker and can multi-task efficiently, adapt to changes and pivot when necessary. Major Duties and Responsibilities Perform administrative duties during practice and games (logistics, equipment, set-up, track stats, run clock, submit entries for competitions, competition schedules, off campus transportation and venue confirmations, filming, etc.) Work directly with student sports managers to support athletic teams in tasks related to competitions and communication Schedule team practices, games, and travel, in coordination with the Director of Athletics including communicating with other school personnel Work collaboratively with the Director of Athletics to oversee events, which may or will include Athletic Awards, Senior Awards, Annual Athletics Banquet, Blue/Gold Field Day, and Athletic Association Blue/Gold Events Drive MHS 14-passenger or 7-passenger vehicles as needed Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required At least 1 year of experience in in the field of athletics, physical education or sports management Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills, with attention to detail Demonstrated commitment to equity and inclusion and experience serving a diverse/global community required with excellent collaboration, communication, facilitation and organizational skills Commitment to the Miss Hall's School Mission and Core Values Research has shown that women, trans, non-binary, and BIPOC individuals often do not apply for jobs because they perceive their qualifications as falling short of the listed requirements, even when they may be sufficient. Salary range:
$22.50 - $24.50/ hour Please note, at this time, Miss Hall's School is unable to sponsor visa applications for candidates for employment in the 2026-27 school year.Job Type:
