Middle School Girls Soccer Coach (SY 26-27) (Stipend)

Unit A, Section F Salary range: $2,481 stipend
Time Commitment:
Four days a week Ten to fifteen hours a week Two games a week 9/14/2026 - 10/30/2026 Number of positions: 2 This is a stipend position.
SUMMARY:
The Watertown Public Schools seeks an outstanding girls' soccer coach for the middle school girls' team for the 2025-2026 school year. WPS is dedicated to excellence, equity, and community. Be a part of creating a bright future for WPS students.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning all areas of their team. Leading and assisting their coaching staff in coordinating efforts under one program goal and ensuring compliance with rules at all levels. Analyze game strategy. Implementation of skill development. Coverage on bus trips. Video analysis of games. Statistical analysis of games. Attend all league and local, district, and state meetings when necessary. Reaching out to local Youth Groups to promote their respective sport in town. Planning award ceremonies and individual award winners.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
CPR certified. NFHS concussion course completed.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent.
