Full Job Description Description:
Responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with alumni, parents, and donors to the University through communications and events.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Working closing with alumni engagement team to design and implement events and engagement opportunities regionally and on-campus. 2. In conjunction with the Assistant Vice President of Alumni and Donor Engagement, is responsible for the logistical programming for Homecoming and Reunion weekends. 3. Serves as the Liaison with Endowed Scholarship Donors and (student) Recipients as well as plans and executes the annual Endowed Scholarship event with the Director of Stewardship and Communications. 4. Provide oversight for three to four reunion classes including their communications and fundraising efforts. 5. Serves as the Liaison to Admissions and coordinate alumni support with enrollment events. 6. Serves as the liaison in advancement to the Career Development and Internship Center including coordinating alumni for their Annual Career Networking night and Spring Networking event. 7. Serves as the Liaison to the Cross-Cultural Office helping them coordinate alumni engagement opportunities. 8. Serves as the Slate expert for Alumni Engagement supporting alumni engagement efforts, such as building event forms and pulling alumni lists as well as building event registrations. 9. Collaborates with the Assistant Vice President of Alumni and Donor Engagement to coordinate, implement any related University events. 10. Serve as the primary point of contact to answer alumni phone line and email inbox. 11. Oversees student worker and assists with gathering Alumni data updates. 12. Performs other duties as required.
SCOPE:
Increase alumni engagement with the University in an effort to increase Alumni participation and donations. Interacts regularly with alumni volunteers, University Advancement staff, the faculty and staff of the University, especially student affairs, and athletics, as well as other individuals within the University community.

Requirements:
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree or 2-4 years of related experience required. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work with confidential information. Experience with event planning and management. Strong administrative skills preferred. Ability to travel and available for evening and weekend work. Enjoys working in a collaborative environment. Must be willing to contribute actively to the mission of the University as well as show respect for the Catholic and Assumptionist identity of Assumption University.
