In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students guiding them from their very first inquiry all the way through enrollment with professionalism, empathy, and a genuine commitment to helping people change the direction of their lives. We provide full training, so prior admissions experience isn't required. What we are looking for is drive, integrity, and a real ability to connect with people from all walks of life. If you thrive in a goal-oriented environment and want to do work that matters, this is the role for you. What You'll Do Your days will be spent connecting with prospective students through phone calls, emails, texts, and walk-in visits, then sitting down with them one-on-one to learn their story and help them see how our programs can move their lives forward. You will walk each student through the full admissions and enrollment process, explaining program options, schedules, tuition, and financial aid in plain, honest terms and then partner with our Financial Aid team to make sure every student understands their path to funding. Staying organized and following up consistently is the heartbeat of this job. You will manage your own pipeline of leads, keep your CRM records accurate and current, and hold yourself to the weekly and monthly activity standards that keep our enrollment engine running. Outside the office, you will represent NATS at high school visits, community events, and open houses, building the kind of relationships and referrals that bring in students who are truly ready to succeed. Above all, you will do this the right way following every federal, state, and accreditation regulation that governs how we recruit and enroll students. Integrity is non-negotiable here, and our best Admissions Representatives wear that as a badge of honor. What We're Looking For A high school diploma or GED is required, and a college degree is a plus. More important than where you went to school is what you bring to the table: one to two years of experience in sales, customer service, counseling, or a similar field goes a long way, but so does raw talent and the right attitude. You should be someone who builds trust quickly, stays composed when juggling multiple conversations at once, and genuinely enjoys helping people make big, life-changing decisions. Strong communication skills—both on the phone and in person—are essential, and you will need to be comfortable working toward clear goals in a fast-moving environment. Basic computer skills are expected, and if you have worked with a CRM system before, that is a real plus. Bilingual candidates, particularly English and Spanish speakers, are strongly encouraged to apply. What Sets You Apart The candidates who really stand out have a track record of hitting goals, whether that is in admissions, sales, or something else entirely. If you have worked in career or trade school admissions before, you will hit the ground running. Experience in skilled trades or a passion for hands-on education also resonates deeply with our students and with us. Most importantly, we are looking for someone with emotional intelligence to meet each prospective student where they are and earn their trust honestly. What We Offer We offer a competitive base salary along with medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k), paid holidays, and PTO. Employees and eligible dependents also have access to our tuition assistance program. You will go through a structured onboarding process and receive ongoing professional development throughout your career here.
