Position Summary The Assistant Director of Admissions plays a key leadership role in helping prospective students take the next step toward their educational and career goals. This position is responsible for guiding students through the enrollment process while supporting and coaching a team of Admissions Representatives to achieve performance, compliance, and student service objectives. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values ethical enrollment practices, and is passionate about helping students make informed decisions about their future. Due to the highly regulated nature of higher education admissions, all interactions with prospective students may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance and compliance purposes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; degree level must meet institutional requirements or receive appropriate corporate approval. Previous admissions, enrollment management, sales, or higher education experience preferred. Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a goal-oriented, fast-paced environment. Proficiency with computers, CRM systems, and standard office technology. Commitment to ethical admissions practices and exceptional student service.
Classification:
Exempt Schedule:
Full-time; evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required based on business needs.
Travel:
Periodic travel for training, development, or support assignments may be required.
Work Environment:
Professional office environment.
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
