This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to foster a love for volleyball while promoting teamwork, discipline, and physical fitness. As a key leader in our sports education community, you will craft innovative clinics, mentor aspiring players, and ensure a positive, inclusive environment that encourages growth and enjoyment. Volleyball Clinics run Wednesdays in the Summer from 5-8, Friday in the winter from 5-8, at High Velocity Sports in Canton. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive volleyball clinic curricula tailored to various age groups and skill levels. Lead engaging coaching sessions, demonstrating proper techniques and fostering a fun learning atmosphere. Manage clinic schedules, coordinate with participants, and oversee other coaches to keep on a timeline. Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to help athletes improve their skills and confidence. Maintain safety standards by enforcing behavior management policies and ensuring proper use of equipment. Track participant progress, gather feedback, and continuously refine program offerings for maximum impact. Qualifications Proven experience in sports volleyball coaching. Preferably 2+ year expirence Strong teaching skills with the ability to motivate and engage students of diverse ages. Knowledge of behavior management techniques to create a positive learning environment. Experience working with children or students in educational or recreational settings. Familiarity with physical education principles and safety protocols in sports environments.
