In this role, you will help create a vibrant campusmunity by developing engaging programs, supporting studentanizations, enhancing the residential experience, and fostering a strong sense of belonging for all students. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about student engagement, leadership development, campus traditions, and building meaningful connections with students.

What You'll Do
Plan and lead engaging campus events, activities, and traditions that enhance student life and campus culture
Support and advise student clubs andanizations while helping students develop leadership skills
Create programs that promotemunity, belonging, student engagement, and personal growth
Coordinate service-learning and campus involvement opportunities
Partner with campus departments to develop meaningful student experiences
Provide training, guidance, and support to studentanization leaders and advisors
Assist with budgeting and oversight for student activities and events
Represent Student Life at campus events, orientation programs, and recruitment activities foster an inclusive, weing, and student-focused campus environment
Support evening and weekend programming throughout the year
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum of two years of experience in Student Life, Student Affairs, campus activities, residence life, or related higher education experience
Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Higher Education Administration, College Student Affairs, or related field
Experience planning student events and campus programming
Experience advising studentanizations or leadership programs
