The ideal candidate will provide academic support and targeted interventions to students who need additional assistance in reading, math, and/or behavioral support. This role focuses on helping students close learning gaps, build confidence, and achieve academic success through individualized and small-group instruction.

The School Interventionist will work closely with teachers, administration, and support staff to develop and implement intervention plans that support student growth and achievement. Duties Provide small-group and one-on-one academic intervention support Monitor student progress and maintain accurate intervention data Collaborate with teachers to identify students needing additional support Implement evidence-based instructional strategies and interventions Assist in developing individualized learning goals and support plans Support classroom behavior management and student engagement when needed Communicate effectively with staff and families regarding student progress Participate in meetings, professional development, and school initiatives Requirement Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred Experience working with children in an educational setting preferred Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills Passion for supporting student growth and achievement Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff Experience with intervention programs, behavior support, or differentiated instruction is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Meaningful opportunity to make a positive impact on student sucess
