Job Description

Position Purpose:
The Enrollment Coordinator will report to the Associate Dean for Admissions and Enrollment Management and support the enrollment, financial aid, and records processes for medical school students at OUWB. This role is responsible for tracking enrollment, overseeing compliance reporting, and managing the workflow for students on leave of absence (LOA). The position will ensure accurate and timely communication of student status updates, support academic probation monitoring, and provide critical enrollment data to internal stakeholders. Additionally, the position will provide guidance on debt management strategies from admission to graduation and liaise with financial services to ensure students receive appropriate counseling. The role also supports records and registration tasks, including degree audits, maintaining student rosters, and ensuring student verifications are completed as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in higher education administration, business, or a related field or an equivalent experience. Previous experience in student enrollment management, academic administration, or a related area, preferably in a medical school or higher education setting. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and staff.
Desired Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of student information systems (such as Oasis, Empower, Banner) and experience with compliance reporting and academic records management. Proficiency in financial aid processes and debt management strategies, with experience in liaising with financial services. Familiarity with student compliance requirements, academic probation processes, and leave of absence procedures.
