We are an influential school of collaborators, innovators, and explorers grounded in Christian faith empowering co-creators of tomorrow. MCA has an opening for a full-time admissions associate. This position is responsible for providing admissions and enrollment support for the school's admissions department by performing the following essential duties. Meet daily with the admissions director. Enter new family data and student information into the school's SIS as necessary. Tracks and receives all required admissions and enrollment documents for new students. Scans appropriate admissions documents into Global Search and distributes to principal for new student interviews. Reads and routes incoming mail and admission forms. Composes and responds to enrollment inquiries. Organizes and maintains the file system within the department. Answers and screens admissions telephone calls. Greets scheduled visitors and directs them to the appropriate area or person. Conducts research, compiles data, and writes reports. Prepares and proofs outgoing mail and correspondence, including email and faxes. Orders and maintains supplies. Conducts school tours for prospective families and/or visitors. Supervisory Responsibilities None Qualifications Associate's degree (A. A.), or equivalent twelve months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
