Ave Maria Academy in Maple Grove, Minnesota is seeking a growth minded, mission-driven leader, to serve as its next Director of Admissions and Enrollment. Ave Maria Academy is a thriving Catholic school known for its commitment to the spiritual, intellectual, and human formation of every student through a traditional Catholic foundation. Strong parent partnerships are central to our mission, and we strive to provide a personal, welcoming experience for every family. As the first point of contact for prospective families, the Director plays a key role in sharing the mission of the Academy, building trust-based relationships, and supporting the growth of a vibrant Catholic community. This full-time, year-round leadership role oversees student recruitment, admissions, enrollment, family engagement, and community outreach. The ideal candidate is a faithful Catholic, a skilled communicator, and a relational leader with strong organizational ability. Responsibilities include guiding the admissions process from inquiry through enrollment, coordinating recruitment and community events, supporting family engagement initiatives, and collaborating with faculty, staff, parishes, and community partners to advance the mission of Ave Maria Academy. Occasional evening and weekend availability is required.
