Role Summary As a Restorative Room Specialist, you will lead a structured, supportive environment dedicated to developing positive student behaviors. You will guide restorative practices—such as circles, mediation, and reflection—to help students resolve conflicts and repair relationships. Working as a vital partner to staff and families, you will provide the coaching necessary to promote a safe, inclusive, and positive school climate for every student. Education:

Bachelor's degree required.

Certificates/Licenses:

Valid Missouri Teaching Certificate (any subject) OR a Missouri Substitute Certificate.

De-escalation Expert:

You remain calm under pressure and help students navigate high-emotion situations with dignity.

Equity Champion:

You are committed to reducing exclusionary discipline and ensuring every student is treated with respect.

Relationship Builder:
