Oversee and organize childrens ministries at Campus. Oversee implementation of policies and enforce compliance. Follow and implement childrens ministry facility standards at their campus. Work closely with the Global Kids Pastor to analyze effectiveness of programming and adjust as needed. Lead and build teams to execute all aspects of childrens ministry for weekend services. Consistent weekly communication with key leaders and parents. Develop healthy community among parents and equip parents for discipleship through Sunday and small group experience. Help develop and maintain all security standards. Track growth for future development. Seek opportunities to connect within local schools and communities. Oversee implementation of Weekend experience for all children. Oversee quality of services. Help in development of ministry events including Kids Fest, Summer Camp, Christmas Events, Volunteer Grow Nights, etc. Competencies Must have a heart for the Church and be a mature follower of Christ. Proven ability to recruit, manage and develop a large volunteer base. Computer competency in Planning Center, ProPresenter, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office, etc. Strong organizational and time management skills and pursuit of excellence through attention to detail. Must be a self-starter. Exceptional time management skills. Ability to plan, execute and carry out projects. Ability to articulate and implement the vision of Faith Church. Exceptional leadership and communication skills. Superior interpersonal skills working with a variety of people from volunteers to parents to kids. Solid theological grounding and understanding of current trends in childrens ministry. Positive attitude and positive approach to problem solving. Must be solution oriented. Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment (routinely uses standard office equipment) Physical Demands Office time is mostly a sedentary role (stationary at desk and working on a computer); during services and events, must have high energy for multiple hour segments. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work The weekly schedule will include 40-45 hours per week and will be the same every week. In addition to your regular weekly hours you will be asked to participate in events that will occasionally include evening or weekend hours, as there are continual seasons where it will be necessary to exceed these minimum hours (i.e., Christmas, Easter, Strategic Planning, are just some examples and do not encompass all of the extended hours opportunities).
