Full Job Description Athletic Programs and Game Day Operations Manager Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 11:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. (11-Month Position)
Salary:
$50,000 Position Overview Carolina Day School seeks a motivated, organized, and enthusiastic Athletic Programs Manager to support our Middle School and Lower School athletic programs while leading game-day operations for Middle School, JV, and Varsity athletics. This position plays a vital role in creating a positive and engaging experience for student-athletes, coaches, and families while supporting the day-to-day operations of the Athletic Department. Responsibilities Serve as the game-day site supervisor for home athletic events. Lead and oversee game-day operations and event management. Coordinate and oversee the AYBSA program. Assist in planning, organizing, and running Lower School athletic camps and programs. Coordinate transportation logistics for Middle School practices and competitions. Serve as the primary daily manager of the Sgro Athletic Facility, ensuring facilities are clean, organized, safe, and operating at program standards. Assist with Middle School athletic scheduling. Communicate effectively with coaches, families, faculty, and staff regarding athletic programs and events. Support Athletic Department operations, event setup, and special projects as needed. Help supervise students during afternoon athletic activities. Perform other duties as assigned by the Athletic Director. Qualifications Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively with students, coaches, parents, faculty, and staff. Passion for athletics and working with children. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in coaching, athletic administration, education, or a related field preferred. Preferred Qualities Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
