Director of Olympic Athletic Performance Department:
Special Projects-120010 Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in college strength and conditioning. License/Certification Required CSCS and CSCCA Certification Required. Preferred Qualifications Essential Duties and Responsibilities Duties & Responsibilities include: 1. Direct responsibilities for year-round programs for assigned teams as needed.3. Supervises the athletics Weight Room, inventory, and maintenance.4. Recommend purchases regarding strength and conditioning equipment.5. Work in conjunction with athletic trainers, Olympic Nutrition and Sports Psychology regarding injuries, rehabilitation, and nutrition.6. Coordinate with coaches regarding schedules and needs.7. Commitment to and compliance with the University's and Department of Athletics policies and procedures as well as the Sun Belt and NCAA constitutions, bylaws, legislation and regulations.8. Management of strength and conditioning staff (Assistant S&C Coaches and GAs) 9. Other duties as assigned
