Job Description

Provide outstanding customer service to guests who call the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. Answer phones and provide timely and accurate information or direct caller to the appropriate ECU office. Use CRM system to look up application status to verify receipt of transcripts and relevant information and accurately convey status to visitors, as needed. Assist with greeting in-person visitors to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. Greet, triage and direct visitors to appropriate place, staff, or information. This can include receiving transcripts and other application materials, verifying application status, providing general campus directions, or contacting other staff to provide additional information. Help respond to general Admissions email account to include responding to questions, downloading transcripts, and directing emails to the appropriate staff member. Assisting with other office duties as assigned. Minimum Education/Experience High school diploma or equivalency and one year of related office experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
