Job Description Summary The Office of Campus Enrollment at Saint Leo University seeks a Customer Relations Coordinator to provide leadership and day-to-day operational oversight of the admissions front office. This position plays a central role in shaping a welcoming, student-centered campus visit experience for prospective students, families, and guests. The coordinator is responsible for recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising student tour guides and ambassadors, while collaborating with campus enrollment colleagues and university partners to support enrollment goals, retention efforts, and student success. Reporting to the Vice President of Campus Enrollment, this role helps ensure that front-facing admissions operations reflect the university's commitment to hospitality, service excellence, and mission-driven engagement. Job Description Responsibilities Welcome prospective students, families, and guests and guide them through the campus visit and admissions experience with professionalism and care. Serve as a primary front-office resource by responding to visitor, phone, and email inquiries and directing questions to the appropriate campus partners as needed. Coordinate, schedule, and monitor campus tours and visit appointments to ensure a smooth and personalized experience for prospective students. Support and progressively lead the recruitment, hiring, training, scheduling, and daily supervision of student tour guides and ambassadors. Manage appointment scheduling for prospective students and coordinate meetings with admissions counselors and other relevant university representatives. Assist with follow-up communications and correspondence to prospective students after campus visits. Maintain student worker schedules, timesheets, and related administrative records with accuracy and timeliness. Ensure admissions materials, display tables, reception spaces, and presentation areas remain current, organized, and visitor-ready. Remain informed about university policies, academic offerings, student services, and campus events in order to communicate accurate and helpful information. Troubleshoot front-office and visit-related issues in coordination with admissions counselors and enrollment staff. Monitor golf cart cleanliness and maintenance; submit facility tickets for repair when necessary Participate and support admissions events including some during evenings and on weekends Partner with enrollment leadership to assess and enhance the campus visit experience and front-office operations. Prepare and maintain reports from institutional systems related to campus visits, front-office activity, and visitor engagement. Perform other duties as assigned in support of the university's enrollment, retention, and student service mission. Qualifications High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred. Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service and the ability to build positive relationships with prospective students, families, and colleagues. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Professional, welcoming, and student-centered demeanor. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology; ability to learn institutional systems and databases. Experience in higher education, admissions, student services, customer-facing operations, or a professional office environment preferred.
