Admissions Director:
The Admissions Director is responsible for overseeing all inquiries, admissions, and discharges while supporting accurate census reporting. The Admissions Director coordinates the full admissions process, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and timely. The Admissions Director will communicate regularly with nursing, business office, and external referral sources to ensure smooth coordination of bed availability and patient flow. The Admissions Director maintains ongoing contact with hospitals and referral partners to support census development. Additional duties of the Admissions Director include evaluating referral appropriateness, supporting admission decisions, and ensuring all census and reporting data is accurate and up to date. The Admissions Director also monitors referral activity, admissions trends, and discharge tracking while providing weekly updates as requested.
Qualifications Admissions Director:
