Admissions Director 3.1 3.1 out of 5 stars AristaCare Health Services AristaCare Health Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Admissions Director to oversee the admissions process and support census growth initiatives. This role is responsible for managing resident flow, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring strong relationships with residents, referral sources, and payers. Position Summary The Admissions Director works closely with the Administrator to manage the admissions process, improve occupancy rates, and strengthen the facility's market presence. This role plays a key part in maintaining high satisfaction levels and promoting a positive public image. Responsibilities Advise the Administrator on resident flow and admissions strategy Oversee and manage the admissions process from inquiry to admission Develop and implement marketing programs for healthcare services Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, referral sources, and payers Ensure high satisfaction among residents, families, and partners Achieve facility census goals and market penetration targets Maintain a positive public image within the community Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Minimum of 1 year admissions experience in a Long-Term Care or Hospital setting required Post-high school education preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Goal-oriented with the ability to meet census targets Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off
