Admission Representative Candidates will play a key role in assessing prospective student's needs and interests while helping to guide all qualified prospects through the enrollment process. A successful candidate must have sales and recruiting background. The candidate should be self-motivated and independent with a positive attitude and the desire to help others succeed.
Responsibilities Include:
Provide outstanding customer service to prospective students who have expressed an interest in our programs through consistent and effective outreach. Interview prospective students to discuss and explain the programs offered in line with the student's interests and career goals. Assist students with the complete enrollment process, paperwork, and getting started in school Work inquiries generated using an automated system and schedule interview for prospective students. Experience:
Must have experience in customer service, sales, and recruitment experience with excellent communication skills. Previous experience working in a high-volume telephone and customer service-oriented environment is a plus. (real estate or fitness sales experience a plus) Ability to work independently and make decisions based on general guidelines. Possess a sincere interest in helping others achieve life goals. Must be goal-oriented and highly ethical. Must be available to work day and evening hours and rotating weekends.
