Job Description

We are currently accepting applications and interviewing for an experienced Sales Driven Executive Director for a one-of-a-kind Community located in Tinton Falls NJ. All American Assisted Living is hiring an Executive Director who will serve as the face of the community, building relationships with prospective residents, families, referral partners, healthcare providers, and local organizations to drive census growth and market presence. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with a proven track record in senior living sales, occupancy management, team leadership, and customer experience.
Other Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
include, but are not limited to: Oversees and ensures the recruitment and retention of qualified staff throughout the campus, as evidenced by good morale,enthusiasm, team spirit and dedication to the Residents and their families Provides direct supervision of all campus management and indirect supervision of all campus staff; to include coaching,counseling and performance evaluations. Provides training and education to Resident Care Staff on an ongoing basis. This includes classroom in-services andsituation specific training. Conducts weekly Departmental meetings and monthly total staff meetings. Motivates associates through staff appreciation, recognition and incentive programs. Promotes positive associate relations and resolves grievances. Reviews monthly staffing schedules to assure staff resources are managed and scheduled efficiently to meet Resident needs and according to budget. Assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness and conformance to policies and procedures. Maintains and facilitates open lines of communication between corporate, regional and community staff. Monitors expenses on a regular basis and prepares monthly variance reports. Monitors timely completion of alldocumentation. Prepares daily, weekly and monthly reports as required by company policy or Federal/State regulations. This includes payroll, occupancy, budget variance, etc. It is our mission to provide excellent care and customer service to Seniors in a Community that treats you like family.
