The position requires the candidate to assist potential students in becoming professionals in the beauty field by guiding them through the enrollment process. with experience in high-end items, services, or trade school admissions. A positive attitude Comfortable using technology, and prior experience with CRM software is a plus Good at following up and organization A cheerful, customer service-focused personality Responsibilities include: Managing communication with a high volume of potential students Following up on all leads, and maintaining an organized, thorough calendar of appointments and reminders Effectively communicating with clarity Learning new technologies Must have: 5+ years' sales experience (trade school admissions experience plus)
