Part-Time Donor Relations Officer We.re looking for a warm, detail-oriented, people-person who knows how to turn gratitude into action. As our Part-Time Donor Relations Officer, you'll help us build lasting relationships with our supporters through thoughtful communication, stewardship, and a sprinkle of charm. This isn't just a behind-the-scenes-role-you'll be part strategist, part storyteller, and part thank-you note connoisseur. We build strong donor relationships that will leave a lasting legacy for our non-profit partners. Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with individual donors through timely and meaningful communication.
• Conduct personalized outbound calls to current and prospective donors to convey the organization's mission, increase support, share updates, and ensure they feel valued.
• Assist with donor database management and ensure accuracy of records (we love clean data!)
• Meet performance goals and KPIs, including call handling time and prospect satisfaction metrics.
• Passion and understanding of the organization's mission and goals with the ability to convey the importance of donor contributions and the impact of their gifts. Qualifications
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A passion for building relationships and a donor-centered approach.
• Ability to actively listen to donors and respond to their questions or concerns.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with CRM systems and donor databases is a plus.
• Previous experience in fundraising, or customer service is preferred. Position Details

Part-Time:

12pm - 6 pm, Monday - Friday.

In-office:

This position requires daily report to the Henderson office.

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience.
