1. Academic programs for students in grades 3-12 2. High school and college admissions consulting 3. International student and family support services As an international company serving students and families across multiple markets, we are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Manager to help lead business growth, strengthen strategic partnerships, and expand our presence in the Long Island, NY education market. Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage partnerships with schools, community organizations, and educational networks
  • Identify and drive new student recruitment channels and business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with families, counselors, and referral partners
  • Represent the company at education fairs, networking events, and community outreach activities
  • Support business development, marketing, and strategic growth initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with academic and consulting teams to support enrollment growth and operational success
  • Help oversee and strengthen day-to-day business operations and market expansion efforts Qualifications
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in business development, management, education, international student services, or related fields
  • Strong leadership, communication, and networking abilities
  • Knowledge of U.S. private schools and/or the college admissions landscape required
  • Proven ability to develop partnerships and drive business growth
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Bilingual or multicultural background strongly preferred
  • Existing education or community network in the Long Island, NY/NYC area is a plus
  • Experience working with international students, families, or global organizations preferred What We Offer 1.
