Job Description

Overview:

Come join Racker as a Residential Team Director where you can lead a team of staff in a high impact environment as you support individuals with developmental disabilities. Team Directors provide leadership and expertise for a home environment for individuals with developmental disabilities. Come lead a group of staff, partner with families and residents, community members and other programs to further Racker's vision where everyone knows that they belong.
Salary:
$59,000 - $65,000
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of direct care workers, family members, residents, partner programs and clinical professionals to create and maintain the highest quality of life for those living within the home. Coach, mentor and train staff in best practices of a residential environment. Ensure compliance to all regulations, including necessary systems reviews, documentation standards and residential policies and procedures. Primarily responsible for scheduling within assigned house, with administrator on call duties.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or Associates degree with a continuing education plan. Supervisory experience, as well as strong written and oral communication skills are a must. Our approach to Diversity and Inclusion - "A world where all people know they belong."
