Position Introduction:

The Assistant to the Senior Associate Dean will provide professional administrative support for the Senior Associate Dean in overseeing undergraduate programs and services for over 3000 undergraduate students in the Gallogly College of Engineering. The assistant will also provide support for Dean responsibilities around faculty affairs. This person will be responsible for providing leadership and support of key college-level academic programs and events, developing and maintaining physical and electronic records, scheduling college assigned classrooms and courses, and training and supervising a student assistant. The ideal candidate will be collegial and collaborative and will develop a strong and supportive relationship with the dean. They will work proactively and effectively with colleagues and faculty and students. Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED. 12 months office, clerical, or administrative experience.
Department Preferences:
